Two publishing houses in lahore were very famous.The first one was engaged in the work of textbooks and was owend by Messer. After chand and kapoor. The second one,although it was owend by non-muslim, was owend by pandit noel kishore ji who printed and published the holy Quran. Noel kishore set the standard of respect for the holy Quran that on the institution could achieve. Noel kishore ji first gathered reputable Huffaz from all over punjab and employed tham at high salaries.He was so knowledgeable about the respect for the Quran that no one ,including Noel kishore ji himself, was allowed to enter the place where the holy Quran was bound with shoes .
Two employees were hired whose only job was to roam around the different rooms of the institution all day long ,
PICKING UP A piece OF PAPER WITH A QURANIC:
verse written on it with great respect and reverence and collecting it in sacks. Then these sacks were respectfully buried in the ground .Time passed and the work of printing and publishing continued .Then the subcontinent was divided. Muslim, Hindus and sikhs started migrating .NOEL KISHORE JI also left lahore and settled in new Delhi , india . His institution also started printing and publishing the HOLY QURQN in Delhi as before .Here too,the same respect for the HOLY QURAN was evident .The institution journey of development was on.He started doing it and reached the height of success . Noel kishore ji became old and now rested at home, while his children took over the management of the institution and according to the tradition of the institution,he maintained the chain of respect and respect for the holy QURAN in the same way. finally, NOEL KISHORE ji time came and he passed away and joined the true creator. ON his death, his friends from all over the country came to him.A large number of people reached the cremation ground to participate in his funeral rites.
*His body was placed on the pyer. when ghee was poured on the pyre and fire was started , a very amazing incident happened , NOEL KISHORE Ji, pyre was not catching fire, more ghee was poured on the pyre and then an attempt was made to light the fire, but despite much effort it was in vain, this was an impossible and unbelievable incident.this had never happened before.In moment ,the news spread throughout the city that NOEL KISHORE JI,s body was not catching fire. Hearing this. God,s creatures rushed towords the cremation ground.People were watching with their own eyes and were surpriesd and worried . this news when jamia masjid when i reached imam bukhari of delhi, he also reached the cremation ground. NOEL KISHORE JI,s was a very close friend of his. And he was well aware of his habit of respecting the QURAN . Addressing pandit ji , imam sahib said that all of you have the attempt to burn it will never succeed . the way this person has served and respected the true book of allah throughout his life is such that even if it catch fire,it cannot put to water.
*The attempt to burn him well never succeed . because of the way this person has served and respected the true book of allah throughout his life, his funeral pyre will not be able to catch fire even if you pour oil and ghee from all over india on it . Therefore, it is better to bury him with respect and honour.
*Therefore, following the advice of imam sahib, NOEL KISHORE ji,s was buried in the crematorium itself. This was the first incident in history that a person was buried in the crematorium itself due to the lack of fire on his pyer
